its a very saahi & awesome curry ,, we need all ingridients giya, onion, fried onion, cupcicum, tomato, garlic, ginger, almond, cashew, poppy seed, milk , green chilly , coriander leaf, salt , red chilly powder, tarmaric powder, & kitchen king masala, & sugar,, all items used in this curry , done is my description..thanks;;

Ingredients of For koftas preparation

1.00 kg Giya
2.00 tbsp flour
1.00 tbsp salt
1.00 tbsp red chilly powder
0.50 tbsp cumin seed
1.00 liter oil

1.00 cup onion
1.00 cup tomato
0.50 no ginger
1.00 tbsp garlic
1.00 no green chilly
2.00 no coriander leaf
2.00 tbsp poppy seed
2.00 no cashew
2.00 no almond
2.00 tbsp onion fried
1.00 cup capsicum
1.00 cup milk
2.00 tbsp salt
1.00 tbsp red chilly powder
0.50 tbsp turmeric powder
1.00 tbsp coriander powder
2.00 tbsp kitchen king masala
1.00 tbsp sugar

For Koftas Preparation

I created first garnished this curry with salads & chapati. first step is cooking for saahi kadai giya's kafta, first giya wash it & giya's crushed it very well.

keep it out the water of crushed giya, den add chickpeas flour, salt, red chilly powder & cumin seed add also & mix it well.& then prepared balls of giya's mixture.

fried balls in hot oil very nicely. its a very yummy & restaurant style curry, everyone like this curry.

For Gravy Preparation

now fried chopped onion & capsicum in hot oil, half fried onion will use for grind &half onion will use in curry as is it.

fried onion add 2 spoon yogurt & mix it well & keep a side for 5 to 10 mins. we will use this mix yogurt onion for grind.

grind all veggies [ prepared mix yogurt onion, mix also tomato, ginger, garlic, green chilly, coriander leaf, poppy seed, cashew, almond also add] & grinded it well. its a very saahi curry.

separate frying kadai add 2 spoon oil, after oil hot den add grinded veggies mixture fry them for 10 mins.

After cooked that mixture 10 mins ,den add fried onion & fried capsicum , and add 1 cup of milk then stir it well, add also 1 spoon salt, red chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, & add also kitchen king masala & mix it well, cook it for 10 mins.

final step, after mixed all veggies & all masala & milk den add 1 cup of water den add prepared kofta, & add also 1 spoon sugar stir it well cook it for 5 mins, thanks a lot, hopefully you will like this spicy kadai giya's kofta curry.
