This is a continental paneer dish made using cheese spinach paste. It is a semi dry preparation and can be served with herbed rice or bread rolls as per the choice. It is cooked in very little oil and is very nutritious because of the presence of spinach.

Ingredients of Saag paneer

0.25 kg Spinach
0.25 kg Paneer
1.00 no Onion
9.00 no Garlic Cloves
2.00 tbsp Ginger Pieces
0.50 cup Grated Cheese
0.25 tbsp Salt
2.00 tbsp Oil
0.25 tbsp Sugar
1.00 tbsp Spring Onion
