Ingredients of Saag paneer
STEP : 1
Take the spinach leaves, remove them from the main stem and take out the individual leaves, clean and wash them well.

Boil the spinach leaves in a cooker, drain off the excess oil then set aside the boiled leaves to form a fine paste.
STEP : 3
After the boiled spinach leaves are put in the mixture a thick uniform paste is formed. Keep it in a bowl to form the gravy.

Cut the paneer into cubes as shown in the image. Make very fine and small pieces of the onion, garlic, ginger and spring onion, slit the green chili. Grate the cheese well.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the onion, garlic and ginger and fry them well. Add a pinch of salt. Also add the green chili and mix all of them well.

Add the paneer cubes to the kadaia nd fry them well and mix it with the rest of the masala.

Add the spinach paste and mix it very well in the kadai with the paneer cubes and the other masala.
STEP : 8
Add half a cup of water and cook the dish till the gravy is dried almost. Sprinkle the spring onion and now it can be served with a grated cheese topping.
