- 3.00 nos ruhi fish pieces
- 3.00 nos potato
- 2.00 nos onion
- 3.00 nos green chili
- 1.00 nos ginger cube
- 0.50 tbsp cumin seeds
- 4.00 tbsp oil
- 0.50 tbsp salt
- 3.00 tbsp turmeric powder
Instructions
Rohu Fish Curry
- Take ruhi fish pieces and keep aside, then take some onion, kalonji, potato, and green chili all those things bring together and keep aside.
- Take the ruhi fish pieces then wash it properly and then add the turmeric powder and salt in it and mix it well and keep aside for marination.
- Take the fish pieces and keep aside, chop the onion, paste the ginger cumin seeds and ginger and keep aside .
- Take a pan and hot it, when it become hot add some oil in it and again hot it for cooking the next step.
- Hot a pan the add some oil in it when oil become hot add the ruhi fish pieces and fry it for few minutes in high flame on the gas oven.
- Hot a pan the add some oil in it when oil become hot add the kalonji and fry it for few seconds in high flame on the gas oven.
- Then add the potato pieces into the hot oil and fry it for two minutes in high flame on the gas oven then add some salt to the fried onion.
- Then add some turmeric powder into the potato pieces and fry it for two minutes in high flame on the gas oven then add some salt into the fried onion.
- Then add the chopped onion into the hot oil and fry it for two minutes in high flame on the gas oven then add some salt to the fried onion.
- Then add some cumin seeds paste, green chili paste and ginger paste and cook them for another two minutes in high flame.
- Then add some turmeric powder into the masala paste and fry it for two minutes in high flame on the gas oven then add some salt to the fried onion.
- Then add the fried potato pieces into the cooked masala and cook them for another two minutes on the low flame.
- Then add some warm water to the cooked masala and potato and cook them another two minutes in high flame on the gas oven.
- Then add the fried fish into the cooked masala stew and cook them for another two minutes in high flame on the gas oven.
- Serve this recipe hot on a serving plate for eating. Serve this recipe with hot roti or hot paratha or any fried rice item.
