- 2.00 nos Tomato
- 1.00 tbsp Butter
- 0.25 tbsp Black Pepper
- 0.25 tbsp Ajinamoto
- 0.50 tbsp Salt
- 1.00 tbsp Flour
- 1.00 tbsp Fresh Cream
Instructions

- Take some tomato and keep aside then take some black pepper, some butter, some fresh cream some ajina moto all those things bring together and keep aside.
- wash the tomatoes and keep it on a jali on the gas oven and rost it in low flame for few minutes.
- Pill the roasted tomatoes and keep aside for cooling and cook it for next step of the recipe.
- Then add the roasted tomato to the grinder and paste it smoothly and keep aside for cooking the next step of the recipe.
- Then take it in a serving bowl and add some salt and sugar in it and keep aside for cooking the next step of the recipe.
- Take the black pepper and crush it and keep aside for cooking the next step of the recipe.
- Tomato paste and all the things bring together and keep aside for cooking the next step of the recipe.
- Take a pan and hot it and then add some oil to it and again hot the oil.
- Then add some maida in it and cook it for few seconds in high flame.
- Then add the tomato paste in it and cook it for few minutes in high flame.
- Then add some black pepper powder in it and cook it for few minutes in high flame.
- Then add some butter and some fresh cream in it and cook it for few minutes in high flame.
- Serve this recipe hot in a serving bowl for eating with some coriander leaves for garnishing.
