Oh yes, I am roasting chicken at home, no I really don’t have to inform any of my neighbours as the smell already makes them crave for it. Roast chicken is one of the best recipes which you can prepare easily at home with less ingredients.

The roast chicken calories are quite lower than chicken fry recipes.

I prefer using an air fryer to roast chicken, but you can also use an oven to roast it. If you want to make roast chicken gravy, then use the same ingredients and cook it in a kadai by adding required water.  

Roast chicken is a tempting recipe even a simple roast chicken image will make us prepare the recipe. 

How to roast chicken in oven

Marination is an important part while cooking roast chicken. So give the chicken some time until the roast chicken masalas absorb well. If you are using an oven, preheat the oven.

Apply the sauce that was made in the earlier step on the chicken piece evenly on all directions and set it aside.

Now squeeze half of the lemon and form a juice from the lemon and keep it aside in a bowl to be added to the marination just before being grilled.
