Take dry coconut and blend them into a fine powder and take ridge guard peel of the skin and made pieces if these two are ready then the recipe is very simple to do so,and the basic ingridients are very easily available.

Ingredients of Ridge gourd curry

1.00 cup Ridge gourd pieces
0.50 cup dry coconut powder
0.50 tbsp sesame seeds powder
0.50 tbsp salt
0.50 tbsp turmeric
4.00 tbsp oil
0.75 tbsp red chili powder
0.50 tbsp cumin
0.50 tbsp mustard seeds
0.25 cup milk

Ridge gourd curry

Take ridge guards peel the skin and made into small pieces of 1 cup and also taste them if they are our or not.

STEP : 1

Take the pan pour 4 spoons of oil to it and made it heat after that add 1/2 spoon of cumin and 1/2 spoon of mustard seeds to that fried oil and also made them fry for sometime.
