STEP : 1
Take ridge guards peel the skin and made into small pieces of 1 cup and also taste them if they are our or not.

Take the pan pour 4 spoons of oil to it and made it heat after that add 1/2 spoon of cumin and 1/2 spoon of mustard seeds to that fried oil and also made them fry for sometime.

After that add ridge guard pieces to the pan and add some 1/2 table spoon of turmeric powder to it and mix well.

After adding the turmeric powder mix well and keep a lid on the pan wait until the pieces become soft.

After the pieces becomes soft add dry coconut powder of 1/2 cup to it mix well and leave it for some time.

After the coconut powder is fried then add some pinch of salt to the curry mix well and without lid made it cooked for sometime.

After that add sesame seeds powder of 1/2 table spoon to the ridge guard pieces and made it cook for sometime until the flavour goes to the curry.

After that add red chili powder of 1/2 table spoon to the gravy mix well ,and taste it if any one is less then add that ingridient to it.

After that add 1/2 cup of boiled milk to the ridge guard pieces to increase the taste and mix well leave it for sometime.

And after adding all the ingridients to it keep the lid boil for sometime and after that open the lid mix well once and put off the stove then take into the serving bowl.
