Peel the skin of the ridge gourd and that it also used in preparing this chutney and use the paste of raw mangoes for the preparation and ingridients like salt,cumin are all in general use only,but instead of tamarind we are using mango paste.

Ingredients of Ridge gourd chutney

1.00 cup ridgegourd
0.50 cup rawmangopaste
0.50 tbsp salt
0.25 cup tomato
0.50 tbsp cumin
0.50 tbsp curryleafs
3.50 tbsp oil

Ridge gourd chutney

Take the ridge gourd cut them into the pieces and take 1 cup of this pieces for the preparation of this chutney.
