A Perfect Quick And Easy Healthy Ridge Gourd Chutney
Ridge gourd chutney is delicious side dish for breakfast dish. It’s a perfect quick and easy healthy chutney. This is kids and adults liked this dish.
Ingredients
Ridge Gourd Chutney
- 1.00 cup ridgegourd
- 0.50 cup rawmangopaste
- 0.50 tbsp salt
- 0.25 cup tomato
- 0.50 tbsp cumin
- 0.50 tbsp curryleafs
- 3.50 tbsp oil
Instructions
Ridge Gourd Chutney
- Take the ridge gourd cut them into the pieces and take 1 cup of this pieces for the preparation of this chutney.
- Add 2 1/2 table spoon of oil to a pan and made it heat in a low flame for some time.
- Now add the pieces of ridge gourd and green chilies of 1/2 table spoon to the oil mix well and made it cook for some time in a low flame.
- Keep the lid on the pan for fast cooking of the ridge gourd and keep in a medium flame in between the cooking time open the lid and mixed these pieces to check.
- When the ridge gourd is cooked add 1/2 cup of tomato pieces to it mix well and made this also cook for some time.
- After all the pieces are cooked then add 1/2 cup of raw mango paste to it mix well and made it fry .
- When the cooked pieces are cooled down take them into the jar and add 1/2 table spoon of cumin to it.
- After that add 1/2 table spoon of salt to the pieces in the jar and mix with a spoon in it.
- Now add 1/ 2 table spoon of curry leafs to all the ingridients in the jar close the lid and made it grind.
- We should not made into paste just a little bit of grinding is enough with pieces and take into the serving bowl.
