Rice Rava Upma – A Famous South Indian Style Rice Rava Upma Recipe
Rice Rava Upma
- 1.00 cup Rice ravva
- 3.00 tbsp Oil
- 1.00 tbsp Ground nuts
- 1.00 tbsp Chana dal
- 1.00 tbsp Mustered seeds
- 1.00 tbsp Onions
- 1.00 tbsp Green chilies
- 1.00 tbsp Black gram
- 4.00 nos Ginger
- 4.00 no Curry leaves
- 1.00 cup Water
Rice Rava Upma
- First of all take the plate and take the all ingredients like chana dal ground nuts onions mustered seeds etc and keep aside.
- First of all take the pan and dry fry the rice ravva with out oil in the pan and take that aside.
- Now take the oil and add the oil and fry the ground nuts well until they fry like golden color and keep aside.
- Now take the onions and chana dal mustered seeds and green chilies and add them in the oil and fry well.
- Now fry them in the high flame until they fry like a golden color as shown in the image and then add salt for taste.
- Now take the water and add them in the fried items and mix well until the salt melts in the water and boil well.
- Now take the fried rice ravva and add that one cup of rice ravva in the boiled water and mix well.
- Now mix with out any lumbs in the middle cook that very slowly in the low flame and then keep the lid over that and cook for 10 minutes.
- Now take the serving plate and serve the tasty and delicious rice ravva upma in the plate that it tasty rice ravva upma ready.
