This is a steam cake using rice flour and here we use chiratta kana so that we get the shape of that. It's a very easy break fast dish that can be taken along with any non veg or vegetable curries.

Ingredients of Rice puttu

0.50 kg Rice flour
0.50 liter water
1.00 tbsp salt
1.00 cup coconut

At first keep water for boiling and add salt to it, when the water gets boil pour the rice flour to it and stir well, then let it cool, then using a blender nicely crush our cooked flour and keep it in a bowl.
