Ingredients of Rice puttu
STEP : 1
At first keep water for boiling and add salt to it, when the water gets boil pour the rice flour to it and stir well, then let it cool, then using a blender nicely crush our cooked flour and keep it in a bowl.

Grate coconut, maximum use freshly grated coconut than frozen one. We will get more taste if we use freshly grated coconut.
STEP : 3
Then take the chiratta kana and pour some coconut to it then rice flour then coconut and fill the kana.
STEP : 4
Then heat the steamer using water in it and keep the chiratta kana on it. Let it gets cooked and steam come out.
STEP : 5
When the steam come out, just check whether our steam cake is ready or not, if it's ready transfer it to a casserole.
STEP : 6
Repeat the same with the remaining flour and keep in a casserole or any container that will maintain heat. Our chiratta puttu is ready to serve.
