Very Special Breakfast And Evening Snacks Recipe For Rice Panki

Rice Panki is the one of the special dish of kodagu and it is a breakfast recipe , and it is very easy to make and it's taste is also too good , in rainy season we can also have this as a evening snacks type .

Ingredients of Rice panki

0.50 cup Rice flour
3.00 tbsp Urad Dall Flour
0.25 cup Water
1.25 tbsp Salt
2.00 tbsp Oil
3.00 no Banana Leaves
2.00 no Green Chilly
3.00 tbsp Curd
2.00 tbsp Cumin Seeds

Rice panki

For making Rice panki , we have to take 1/2 cup of rice and fry in a medium flame for 5 minutes dryly .

STEP : 1

Now take 2 to 3 table spun of Urad dall and fry this also for 5 minutes .

Firstly take a one banana leaves and put the batter which we prepared in the above .

After putting the batter on the banana leaves , cover with another leaves as i shown in the below image .

Take a one cooker put 1 glass of water in this , then put the iedle plate in that , as i shown in the below image .
