Ingredients of Rice kesari
STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare rice kesari ,we need raw rice,milk,ghee,sugar,cashewnuts,raisins,food color,green cardamom and salt.

Turn on the flame,place a non stick pan ,add a tablespoon of ghee in it.
STEP : 3
Add a cup of raw rice in a melted ghee and roast it for few seconds.

Add the roasted raw rice in a blended or mixie jar to make rava consistency

Blend it twice ,don't blend it too much we need the rice only in a rava consistency.

Sieve the blended rice flour once to get even rava consistency and then keep aside.

Turn on the flame,place a non stick pan ,add two tablespoon of ghee in it.

Now Add one and half cups of water in a melted ghee ,stir it once .

Add crunched two cardamoms or half tablespoon of cardamom powder and mix it continuously for few seconds.

Add a cup of milk along with the boiling water ,mix it once allow to boil.

Add a pinch of salt for blended taste along with the boiling milk and leave it to boil.

Add a pinch of food color of any color like orange or red in a seperate bowl.

Add little bit of water and mix it then add it in a boiling milk .

Let's roast the nuts,place a kadai add the remaining tablespoon of ghee and let it melt.

Add quarter cup of raisins and mix it,You can add crunched badam if you prefer.

Add few broken cashewnuts and mix it,You can even add crunched pistachios if you prefer.

Add the roasted nuts along with the boiling milk and mix it ,let it cook.

Add the blended rice flour little by little and mix it with out any lumps.

Add two cups of granulated sugar along with the boiling kesari bath and mix it .

Add a tablespoon of ghee on top of the mixture and mix it regularly for few seconds.

After mixing it continuously ,turn off the flame and allow to cool then transfer in a bowl.Our tasty rice kesari is ready.
