Rice dosa is very tasty and crispy dosa. This is a famous Kerala style best breakfast recipe. It is easily cooked at home style. It is good combination with the chutney.

Ingredients

  • 1.00 cup Rice
  • 1.00 cup Coconut
  • 1.00 tbsp Salt
  • 2.00 cup Water
  • 3.00 tbsp Oil

  • Firstly take a 1 cup of rice and soak this in a water for 3 to 4 hour.

  • After that take a one coconut and make it in a small size as i shown in the below image.

  • After 3 to 4 hours, take a one jar in this add socked rice and chopped coconut, and grind this as a liquid, as i shown in the below. The batter should be in a water type.

  • Now take a one pan and make it heat in a medium flame and in this add 2 to 3 spun of oil and spread the oil whole to the pan.

  • After spreading the oil, now take the batter in a bowel and spread allover the pan, slowly.

  • After spreading the batter on the thava, now spread the oil around them and cook for 3 minutes in a medium flame.

  • Now the tasty and crispy neer dosa is ready to serve now,serve this in a combination of coconut chutney.
