An Easiest Kids Favourite Snacks Preparation Of Rice Crackers
A rice crackers is south indian style snacks preparation especially made by andhra people. Easy to make this dish using less ingredients. Mostly everyone loves this snacks.
Ingredients

- 2.00 cup rice flour
- 1.00 cup roasted groundnuts
- 2.00 tbsp green chili ginger paste
- 2.00 tbsp salt
- 1.00 cup butter
- 1.00 cup oil
Instructions

- as the first step take a fresh and cleaned dry bowl and add two cups of rice flour to the bowl
- take a fresh and clean bowl and add the 2 cups of fresh water and boil them for five minutes
- take a fresh piece of ginger and green chili and peel the ginger and grind them into nice paste in the mixer
- take a fresh and clean bowl and add the creamy butter milk and some hot water to the bowl and it and take butter in a bowl
- now mix the butter and hot water and the green chili and the ginger paste to the bowl and mix the well all the ingredients
- take a pan and fry the groundnuts and roast them and cool them and add them into a fresh and clean plate
- add the coconut and ground nut and the all the other spices in a mixer and grind them into fine mix
- add the grinded spice powder to the rice flour mix and make them into soft knead balls add a plastic flour and make into shape with hand
- take a fry kadai and add sufficient sunflower oil for the deep fry of the crackers and add the raw crackers to the oil
- add the crackers one by one and deep fry them till they tilt to crack and hard and when turns into golden brown color and serve in plate
