STEP : 1
First of all vegetables wash and cut all vegetables like; carrot capsicum; spring onion;tomato; coriander;

Naw take non stick Pan and warm it on the medium flame. you can choose kadahi also.

When the non stick pen is heated. add 2 tbsp oil to eat then will wait for few seconds.

After heating the oil; we will add 1/2 a tablespoon cumin and wait for few seconds.

We will put a 1/4 tablespoon mustard inside the oil and wait for some time.

Now we will put a 1/2 table spoon fennel. ( This is optional if you want to)

Now we will put the spring onions in the pan and cook it for a few seconds.

Now we will put the 2 tablespoon finely chopped capsicum and cook again 1 minute.

Now we will put the 2 tablespoon finely chopped tomato in this mixture.and cook for few seconds.

Now we will put the 2 tablespoon finely chopped Carrot and cook for 2 minutes.

After mixed all vegetables now add tarmaric powder in this mixture and again cook for few seconds.

Now we will put the 1/2 tablespoon red chili powder ( if you want to Add green chillies)

Now cook for few seconds this mixture and put the 1/2 table spoon coriander powder.

Now we will put the 1/2 tablespoon chaat masala and continue cook for few seconds.

All spices mixed now we will put 1 cup water and cook for 2 minutes on slow fleam

Now in this mixture we will put add the 2 cup left over rice ( fresh boil rice) and cook it again 1 minute.

Now we will put the 1 cup toor daal and cook continue on slow fleam.

Now in this rice mixture we will add 1/2 table spoon salt. (as par your tests).

Now last step.. add 1 tablespoon finely chopped chopped coriander leaves and for few seconds.

Now switch off gas flame and transfer rice twists bites mixture sperd in the plate.

Now will be wait for 10 minutes let it completely cool down. And now put 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Now we will take a Bowl and take 2 tablespoon corn flour. Add water band make batter.

Now we will take bread crumbs and rice twists bites cover all side with bread crumbs.

Now take a kadahi on medium flame and 250 Gm oil. Wait for few minutes.
