Steamed Rice and Curry with the Banana leaves is the one of the best dish , and it is a breakfast recipe , as well as it is highly nutritionist food also , it can be prepared easily with less ingredients , it is likely by everyone in the family .
Best Breakfast And Spicy Dish For Rice And Curry In Banana Leaves
For Rice Preparation
- 2.00 tbsp Oil
- 2.00 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1.00 cup rice
- 0.25 tbsp salt
For Curry Preparation
- 2.00 tbsp Oil
- 1.00 no Tomato
- 2.00 tbsp Cream
- 1.00 cup Coconut
- 2.00 tbsp Coriander Seeds
- 4.00 no Red Chilly
- 2.00 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 0.25 cup Water
- 0.75 tbsp Salt
- 0.50 tbsp Red chilly powder
For Masala Preparation
- For Making this Dish , we have to take one cup of grated coconut , as i shown in the below image .
- For making the curry , we are taking 2 table spun of coriander seeds .
- After that , we are taking 2 to 3 red chilies , you can add more if you want spicy .
- Hire we are taking 1 table spun of cumin seeds , it gives a special flavor for curry .
- Cardamom is not only gives the flavor as well as it helps in digestion also . We are using 2 cardamom for curry .
- Take a one pan ,make it heat in a medium flame ,then add 1 – cup of grated coconut and fry for 5 minutes .
- Now take the one pan , in this add 3 to 4 Kashmir Chilly , 1 – table spun of coriander seeds , 1 – table spun of Cumin seeds , 2 – Cardamom , and fry dryly in a low flame for 5 minutes .
- Now take a one jar in this add all fried masala ingredients , and fried coconut ,add 1/4 cup of water and grind as a fully paste type .
- Take a one kada , in this add 1/2 glass of water , and add 1 tomato – and boil for 10 minutes .for making tomato purie .
- Now take a one jar in this add boiled tomatoes and grind as a fully paste .
- Now take a one pan in this add 2 table spun of oil and make it heat in a low flame .
- After the oil is becoming heat , now add 1 cup of tomato pure ,and fry for 2 minutes .
- After frying the tomato pure now add 2 – table spun of fresh cream.
- Now add 2 to 3 table spun of grated masala which we are prepared in the above .
- Now add 1/4 cup of water to this mixer and mix it well .
- To this masala now add 3/4 table spun of salt or as per your taste you can add salt .
- If you want extra chilly flavor you can reduce the number of red chilly in the grinding time , and add red chilly powder in the frying time of the curry .
- After adding all the ingredients now fry this mixer for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Now the Curry is ready , for making the dish . Keep the curry in the bowel .
For Rice Preparation
- Now take a one pan in this add 1 table spun of oil and make it heat in the low flame .
- After the oil is becoming heat , add 2 table spun of Cumin seeds , and fry for 5 minutes in a low flame .
- After frying the cumin seeds now add already cooked rice to the pan , as i shown in the below
- Now add 1/2 table spun of salt to the pan and mix it fully .
- After adding all the ingredients fry for 3 minutes , it gives a good taste to the food .
- For this steam rice and curry dish , now take the Banana leaves , wash this leaves in the water and cut the leaves in the medium size as in the below image .
- Now take the one banana leaves , in this add fried Rice first then put the Curry which we prepared in the above .
- After putting the rice and curry on the banana leaves , fold the leaves as i shown in the below and closed with the small stick .
- Now take a one cooker , in this add 21 glass of water , then put the Eidli plate in the cooker , and put the banana leaves on the eidli plate as in the below image .
- After putting the Banana leaves in the cooker as the above , closed the cooker with the bowel as i shown in the below image , and cook for 10 minutes in the medium flame .
- Now the Steamed Rice and Curry in Banana leaves is ready to serve now , Serve in the hot for the good taste .
