Ribbon pakoda is famous murukku dish and it is our traditional south indian snack dish.Kids like these ribbon snack as a evening snack or at tea time. It is not too hard to prepare very simple and also instant snack.

Ingredients of Ribbon pakoda

2.00 cup Rice flour
1.00 cup Besan flour
0.50 cup sabudhana
0.50 cup roasted gram
0.25 cup White sesame seeds
1.00 tbsp Red chilli powder
0.25 tbsp Turmeric powder
0.25 tbsp Hing
0.25 tbsp Cumin seeds
0.50 liter Oil for fry
1.00 tbsp Salt

Ribbon pakoda

The key ingredients to prepare ribbon pakoda ,we need rice flour,gram flour, Roasted gram ,sesame seeds, sabudhana ,asafoetida,oil, turmeric powder,red chilly powder and salt to taste.

Initially Take a blended add half cup of roasted gram to make a nice powder.

Blend these both ingredients for few seconds till it turns nice powder consistency and keep aside.
