- 1.00 cup Paneer
- 1.00 cup Chopped Tomato
- 1.00 cup Chopped Onion
- 1.00 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1.00 cup Yogurt
- 1.00 tbsp Butter
- 1.00 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1.00 tbsp Red Chili
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
Instructions

- As the first step add the paneer into plate and clean it and cut them into diamond shape pieces and add into bowl.
- As the next step take a clean and fresh pan and now add some oil and now add the green chilli and jeera.
- And now as the next step add the fresh chopped tomato and onions stir fry them and keep them aside.
- And now as the next step in the same pan add the paneer pieces in the pann and add some butter and fry them equally.
- And now as the next step add the stir fried vegetables to mixer jar and grind them into soft paste and add into bowl.
- And now as the next step takes the same pan and now add the paste to the pan and add some ghee and stir fry.
- And now as the next step add the salt and garam masala and the red chilli and sugar and mix well.
- And now as the next step mix some water and raise the flame and make thick gravy and now add the yogurt.
- And now as the next step mix yogurt in the gravy and boil till oil floats and add some butter.
- And now as the next step mix the butter in the gravy and now add fried paneer pieces to the gravy and mix well and cook and serve in a bowl.
