Chicken peices simmered in a rich milk, ginger paste, garlic paste, onion gravy paste and chopped, chicken masala, garam masala, keora water and red chilli powder. A perfect dish for Sunday lunch when everybody is in the mood for a lavish meal before an afternoon siesta. This recipe served with hot roti, hot paratha or hot rice. Ingredients of Red curry chicken

0.50 kg chicken
1.00 cup tomatopaste
1.00 tbsp garammasala
1.00 tbsp chickenmasala
1.00 cup milk
2.00 cup choppedonion
1.00 cup onionpaste
1.00 tbsp garlicpaste
1.00 tbsp kashmirimirchdust
2.00 tbsp keorawater
1.00 tbsp salt
0.50 tbsp turmericpowder
0.50 cup oil

Red curry chicken

chicken cut and clean with water and keep aside. Then take tomato,garam masala, chicken masala, milk, onion, garlic, kashmiri mirch powder, keora water all those things bring together and keep aside.

Take a prasher cooker then add some water in it and then add the chicken peices ans some salt in it and then boil the chicken.

Hot a pan then add some oil in it when the oil become hot then add the chopped onion in to the oil and fry the chopped onion.

then add the onion paste in to the fried onion and cook for 2 minutes in high flame on the gas oven.
