Red Curry Chicken

  • 0.50 kg chicken
  • 1.00 cup tomato paste
  • 1.00 tbsp garam masala
  • 1.00 tbsp chicken masala
  • 1.00 cup milk
  • 2.00 cup chopped onion
  • 1.00 cup onion paste
  • 1.00 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1.00 tbsp kashmiri mirch dust
  • 2.00 tbsp keora water
  • 1.00 tbsp salt
  • 0.50 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 0.50 cup oil

Instructions
 

Red Curry Chicken

  • chicken cut and clean with water and keep aside. Then take tomato,garam masala, chicken masala, milk, onion, garlic, kashmiri mirch powder, keora water all those things bring together and keep aside.

  • Chicken,tomato paste,garam masala,chicken masala , milk, chopped onion, onion paste, crushed garlic, kashmiri mirch powder,keora water all those things ready to cook the chicken.

  • Take a prasher cooker then add some water in it and then add the chicken peices ans some salt in it and then boil the chicken.

  • Hot a pan then add some oil in it when the oil become hot then add the chopped onion in to the oil and fry the chopped onion.

  • then add the onion paste in to the fried onion and cook for 2 minutes in high flame on the gas oven.

  • Then add the garlic paste in to the cooked onion and fry for another two minutes in high flame on the gas oven.

  • Then add the tomato paste in to the fried masala and cooked for five minutes in low flame on the gas oven.

  • Then add the chicken masala in to the fried masala and cook for another two minutes in low flame on the gas oven.

  • Then add the kashmiri mirch powder in to the fried masala and cook for another two minutes in low flame on the gas oven.

  • Then add the boiled chicken in to the fried masala and cook for another two minutes in low flame on the gas oven.

  • Then add keora water in to the fried masala chicken and cook for another two minutes in low flame on the gas oven.

  • Then add milk in to the fried masala chicken and cook for another two minutes in low flame on the gas oven

  • Then add garam masala in to the cooked masala chicken and cook for another two minutes in low flame on the gas oven. Then off the gas oven.
