Ingredients
Red Chutney
- 1.00 cup Tamota Pieces
- 1.00 cup Onions
- 1.00 tbsp Tamarind
- 1.00 tbsp Dhaniyalu
- 3.00 nos Redchillies
- 1.00 tbsp Gera
- 0.50 tbsp Salt
- 0.50 tbsp Curry Leaves
- 2.00 tbsp Oil
Instructions
Red Chutney
- First of all take the plate and take the red chillies and gera and the dhaniyalu in the plate
- Now take the onions and cut them in to small pieces and then take the tamota and cut them in to pieces and keep aside
- Now take the pan and switch on the stove and add the oil and preheat the oil and fry the gera and dhaniyalu
- Now take the onions and add them in the oil and fry them well untill they fry like a golden color
- Now take the mixy jar and add the fried onions in the mixy jar and keep aside untill they cool down
- Now take the tamota and cut them pieces and add those pieces in the pan and mix well and fry for 5 minutes
- Now take the fried tamota and add them in the mixy jar and mix well as shown in the image
- Now take the salt and tamerind add them in the mixy jar and grind like a fine paste and keep aside
- Now take the serving bowl and serve the tasty and spicy red chutney in the bowl and garnish with red chilly
