Ingredients of Red beans and pumpkin curry
Red beans and pumpkin curry
STEP : 1
At the first step wash the red beans using water and then soak this overnight or more than six hours in water .

Then take the pumpkin wash it with water and then pèel off it's skin an then cut it to small small pieces .

Then take a pressure cooker and put the soaked red beans along with some water to it , then put some salt and turmeric powder to it . Keep it on flame

And let it cooked , it will take 2 to 3 visils to done , when it's cooked well put the sliced pumpkin pieces to it and let it cooked again .

Mean while take a blender and put some coconut to it, put some shallots , green chilly and cumin seeds also to it .

Then close the blender and grind it well , add little water also . We need a very smooth and fine paste of this .

Then keep it aside and check our pumpkin is cooked or not , when it's cooked keep the flame to low.

Then put the grinded mixture of coconut to it and mix every thing well . Add salt of needed , then heat another pan

Put coconut oil to it and when it's hot put mustard to it when it splutters add onion , dried red chilly to it .

Piue some curry leaves also to it and let all the ingredients becomes nicely fried and roasted. When it is done off the flame.

Then pour this fried mix of onion to the pumpkin gravy and off the flame . Mix it well and our dish is ready to serve .
