STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare tutti frutti ,we need raw papaya,sugar ,food colors and vanilla essence.

STEP : 2
Initially cut the raw papaya into two equal parts and peel the outer layer completely.

STEP : 3
Now cut the raw papaya into pieces then finely chop the raw papaya into fine pieces.

Add the required amount of water and wash it once and strain the water completely.

Turn on the flame ,boil the raw papaya tiny pieces in a vessel and let it boil.

When it boils 50 percent turn off the flame and strain the water by using cloth.

Turn on the flame ,add 300 grams of sugar in a Seperate pan to make a syrup.

Add half cup of water, Mix the sugar for two to three minutes till it dissolves.

Add the half boiled papaya cubes and allow to boil in a medium flame and mix it.

Add half tablespoon of vanilla essence or pineapple essence or rose water for good smell and flavor.

Take a seperate three bowl ,add a pinch of required food colors in each bowl.

Add the required amount of tutti frutti in each bowl and leave it for 12 hours and drain the tutti frutti for 4 hours in flat surface.
