Ingredients
Raw Mango Chutney
- 8.00 nos Kulfa bhaji
- 2.00 nos Raw mango
- 3.00 nos Tomatoes
- 1.25 cup Tuvar ki dal
- 1.25 cup Oil
- 1.25 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1.25 tbsp Salt
- 1.25 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1.25 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1.25 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1.25 tbsp Mustard seeds
- 4.00 nos Garlic rods pieces
- 2.00 nos Dry red chilli
- 1.25 tbsp Curry leaves
Instructions
Raw Mango Chutney
- These are the simple ingredients required to make the kulfa ki bhaji with Mango in the home
- First step you need to cut the raw mango and chopped the tomatoes as shown to use it in further steps
- Next you need to cut and chopped the kulfa ki bhaji as shown to use it in further steps
- In this Step you need to take the pressure cooker and put one cup of tuvar ki dal in it as shown
- After putting the tuvar ki dal in the pressure cooker wash it with water and again add one glass of water in the pressure cooker as shown
- Next you need to add the above chopped and washed Kulfi ki bhaji in the pressure cooker as shown
- Next you need to add the above all chopped tomatoes in the pressure cooker as shown
- Next you need to add the above chopped raw mango pieces in the pressure cooker as shown
- Next you need to add the half table spoon of turmeric powder in the pressure cooker
- Next you need to add one table spoon of Ginger garlic paste in the pressure cooker
- Next you need to add the one table spoon of red chilli powder in the pressure cooker as shown
- After adding all the ingredients now you need to put the lid of the pressure cooker and put it on the stove and cook till 4 to 5 whistles.
- After cooking till 4 whistles now you can open the pressure cooker and add one big table spoon of salt as per the taste
- After adding salt now you need to grate the mixture with the help of dal ghotni as shown
- After grating is done now you need to take a frying pan heat it and add 2 table spoon of oil in the frying pan
- After heating the oil now you need to add cumin seeds, mustard seed, and garlic pieces 3 to 4 in the frying pan.
- Next you need to add the curry leaves and dry red chillies in the frying pan to complete the tadka for the dish
- You can remove the dal in the utensil and add the above made tadka in the kulfa ki bhaji curry for the better taste
- Now you kulfa ki bhaji with raw Mango curry is ready to serve.
