STEP : 1
Take very tender jack fruit and finely chop the same into fine pieces. Keep aside finely chopped pieces.
STEP : 2
Take two table spoon of grated coconut and add red chilly powder,coriander and cumin powder into it. Mix it properly by hand so all ingredients mixes well and keep aside.
STEP : 3
Pressure cook cut jack fruit for two whistles so that the same cook well by adding turmeric powder and salt to taste .
STEP : 4
Take a medium pan, add cooked jack fruit into it. When it reheats add mixed coconut and masala powder into it. Mix well so that all ingredients mixes well. Keep the lid and cook until coconut cooks well. Now halasina kayi palya is ready to serve.
