This is a grilled dish prepared from green banana. It is an extremely tasty snacks item. The green banana are boiled and mashed and a paste is made by cooking with the masala ingredients. Then the banana is made into a flat coin shape and the kebabs are shallow fried and served with freshly cut salad.

Ingredients of Raw banana Kebab

1.00 tbsp RedChiliPowder
0.25 tbsp Salt
0.25 tbsp Oil

0.25 no Tomato

To the smooth mixture add the salt and red chili powder and mix it well and mash again uniformly to smoothen it.

Once the mixture is smoothened make a thick ball of the same and set it aside to cool and become consistent

Grate the paneer and chop the apinach leaves after washing them very well so that they can form the stuffing of the kebab.

Take the mashed banana and make a flat shape circle with the palm and then place the stuffing of the paneer and spinach along with a pinch of salt as shown.

Heat a frying pan and add a few drops of oil so that the kebab doesnot stick. Deep fry on both sides till it turns golden brown and then serve with the garnishing of onion and salads.
