STEP : 1
Wash the green banana and peel it. Cut it into thin slices and place it in boiling water and let it soften and boil completely.

Once the banana is boiled, mash it very well with hand and make a smooth paste from it as shown in the picture
STEP : 3
To the smooth mixture add the salt and red chili powder and mix it well and mash again uniformly to smoothen it.

Once the mixture is smoothened make a thick ball of the same and set it aside to cool and become consistent

Grate the paneer and chop the apinach leaves after washing them very well so that they can form the stuffing of the kebab.

Take the mashed banana and make a flat shape circle with the palm and then place the stuffing of the paneer and spinach along with a pinch of salt as shown.

Repeat the step with all the banana moulds and prepared the flat circular shaped kebabs as shown in the picture.

Heat a frying pan and add a few drops of oil so that the kebab doesnot stick. Deep fry on both sides till it turns golden brown and then serve with the garnishing of onion and salads.
