STEP : 1
First of all take the plate and take the 4 tbsp of mustered seeds and make them like a fine paste and keep aside.

now take the raw banana and switch on the stove and keep a pan and add the water and boil them in the water.
STEP : 3
now take them from the pan after boiling and peel out the outer layer and then keep them aside until they cool down.

now with the help of the smasher smash the raw banana well like, not a smooth texture as shown in image.

now take the salt and add the one table spoon of salt in the smashed raw banana and mix well until salt mixed with raw banana well.

now take the plate and take all the ingredients required for the thalimpu as red chilies gera ,mustered seeds ,ginger pieces etc..as.

now take the pan and add the oil and fry the all items in the oil well until they fry like well and then add turmeric powder.

now take the smashed raw banana and add in the fried items and fry well for the 10 minutes so that flavour comes out.

now take the tamarind juice and add one tbsp of tamarind juice and then mix well and fry for 10 minutes.

now keep alid over that and fry in the very low flame until the raw banana fry well and good flavour comes out.

now take the mustered seeds paste and add in the fried raw banana and mix well until it mix in the fry.

now take the serving bowl and serve the tasty and delicious raw banana avapindi fry in the bowl and garnish with coriander.
