This is a very different way to make this dish. Usually, it is made with dosa batter. Seems very easy to make and is tasty. The paneer and cheese is optional so it can be had with just chutney too.

Very tasty and satisfying uttapam. It turned out absolutely great with no changes required. It can be even given to kids as it's very healthy and nutritious. Additionally adding cheese cubes and paneer gives it a more unique yum taste. Worth Trying!
