Rice rava undrallu is a famous festival dish liked by all people. It is prepared by people of india, of all states. Steaming of the dish makes it special, as it is oil less. Adding of fresh coconut makes it more delicious.

1.50 cup Rice
4.00 tbsp Chana dal
1.00 tbsp Salt
1.00 tbsp Ghee
