Ingredients of Rava sheera
STEP : 1
Rawa sheera is a very famous sweet dish in every house hold. It is known as different names. Somewhere it is called Rawa dheera some where it is called Rawa keshriand in bengal it is called as Mohonbhog. It is a very delicious sweet dish.
STEP : 2
In my child hood , my mother made this sweet dish every day for me because i love this dish.And now history repeats , my son loved this dish very much so i alsomake thish dish for him. This dish is very easy to make.

At first take a deep kadhai and heat it properly. Then add sooji or Rawa in it fry it or dry roast it in a low sim without using oil . Fry it till light brown colour.Take out the rawa from the kadhai.

Soak the raisins in water and dry roastthe nuts till golden.Chopped the nuts finely. Take the kadhai add 3 tbsp of ghee heat it.Then add the roasted rawa in it. Fry it well to mix the rawa into the ghee.

Then add 1 cup of milk and 1 cup water in this rawa. When you add milk you have to move the cooking spoon continously.By this the rawa dos'nt take small balls. Add sugar in it and again move your cooking spoon in a round direction.

On low flame keep on stirring thisIn a minute or two the colour would start change.Pour 1 tbsp of desi ghee and dry fruits in it. Sprinkle cardamom powder. And serve hot.
