Crispy Rava Mathri is famous north indian style snacks recipe specially at tea time.Kids love these easy snack recipe at evening occasion and it is easy to prepare at home with very few of the ingredients with in a short time.

Ingredients of Rava mathri

1.50 cup Rava
1.00 cup Rava rice flour
1.00 tbsp Red chilli powder
1.00 tbsp Cumin seeds
1.00 tbsp ajwain
0.25 liter Oil for fry
1.00 tbsp Salt

The key ingredients to prepare rava mathri, we need rava ,rice flour,ajwain,cumin seeds,green chillies,oil and salt.

Now give it a good mix everything completley by using hands like a bread crumbs
