hi friends,rava kunukku is very good for our health.It is evening snacks.It is very easy to prepare and it is very simple.Every one like this snacks .Using a simple ingredients we can prepare this rava kunukku.

Ingredients of Rava kunukku

1.25 cup Rava
2.00 no Green chili
5.00 no curry leaves
0.50 cup curd
1.00 no onion
0.25 no oil
1 tbsp salt

Take the Ingredients rava , oil , onion , Green chili ,Curry Leaves chopped ,curd .

Now you need to take the roasted rava and add it into the bowl like this.

This is so easy to make, that anyone can make this at home. Also, it consumes a very little amount of time. It is a really good option for the working peoples. Semolina pakoras are a deep fried snack recipe made with sooji as the main ingredient. This is a spicy South Indian Style semolina fritter. It can be categorized into a starter or snacks list. You can also serve this as a party appetizer. Recently when I visited a friend’s house for evening coffee, his wife made this fritters and served along with coffee. It tasted very nice and immediately i asked her for the recipe, but as usual forgot later. Few days back i messaged my friend again and asked for the recipe. His wife was sweet enough to send me a link to this recipe and i tried it today. The suji pakodas tasted the same and we enjoyed with coconut getti chutney and filter coffee. Generally kunukku and coconut chutney pairs very well. Even you can have this kunukku without any accompaniments. The mixture of suji and curd makes it a soft and spongy snack while the frying gives it a nice crunch on the outside. I want to share some tips. The bulk of the time taken for this snack is the resting time for the suji and curd mix. While it is ideal to let the mix rest for 30 -35 minutes. Even a 20 minute rest should do the trick if you are in a hurry. In that case the batter may be slightly runny and so you could add 1-2 tsp rice flour to it to get the batter to the requisite thickness. Do not add too much of the rice flour else the pakodas will become dense. The consistency of the batter is key. If it is too runny then the oil needed to fry it will be too much and if it is too thick then the texture will become dense. The batter should be in the consistency of a cake batter or idli batter. As you can see it doesn’t need a perfect shape and you have to drop in the oil just like that. You can also add some grated carrots or capsicum to make a slightly healthier version of this dish. This is a perfect recipe, the fritters are so yummy and delicious.
