STEP : 1
Wash the Beckti fillet and clean it very well and cut it into rectangular thin slices as shown in the picture.

Add vinegar and salt to the fish and add the black pepper powder and mix it very well and keep it marinated in a refrigerator for 2 hours.

Make a paste out of the garlic cloves, green chili and coriander leaves and blend it well so that the paste is uniform.

Add the paste prepared above to the marinated fish and leave it aside for atleast an hour so that the masala penetrate well.

Take adequate amount of rawa so that it can form the coating over the fish pieces in a palate and set it aside.

Take each marinated piece of fish and then coat it with the rawa on both sides and set it aside for frying.
STEP : 7
Heat oil in a pan and then add the rawa coated fish in it and fry very well in one direction.
STEP : 8
Repeat the same process by turning the fish in the other direction and fry till the rawa turns golden brown in both directions. Then serve with salad and sauce.
