This is a marinated fish of (Beckti fillet) is used here. However you can get teh same taste with Basa too. The fish has to be marinated in vinegar for an hour. Then in the garlic, chili and coriander paste for 3-4 hours and then refrigerated. Once marinated well it is fried using a rawa coating.

Ingredients of Rava fried fish recipe

4.00 no Beckti Fillet
0.50 no Garlic
1.00 cup Coriander Leaves
4.00 tbsp Chili
0.25 tbsp Black Pepper
1.00 tbsp Vinegar
1.00 cup Rawa
0.25 tbsp Salt
5.00 tbsp Oil

Wash the Beckti fillet and clean it very well and cut it into rectangular thin slices as shown in the picture.
