STEP : 1
Wash the cat fish or Boal pieces and then marinate them with salt and turmeric. Chop the onion and garlic and the green chili.
STEP : 2
Heat oil in a tawa and fry the fish pieces on both sides till they turn golden brown on both sides
STEP : 3
Drain off the excess oil and keep the fish aside. Also take the rawa so that the fish can be coated with the same.

Coat the fish on both sides with the rawa so that a layer is formed on all sides as shown in the picture.
STEP : 5
Again heat oil in a tawa and shallow fry the fish with the rawa layer on both the sides till it is golden.
STEP : 6
Add the chili, onion and garlic and then continue to fry well so that they are all fried and become crispier. Now serve with coriander toppings.
