Ingredients of Rava dosa
STEP : 1
Take a clean and fresh bowl and add the rice flour and the maida flour and the suji rava each three cups.

and now as the next step add the chopped green chili and the jeera and the asfoiteda and some salt and mix well.

and now as the next step add the 3 cups of fresh and cleaned water and now add some baking soda and left it for 1 hour.

and now for the topping for the rava dosa take a fresh and cleaned plate and add the chopped carrot and the grated coconut and the fried groundnut.

and now as the next step add the dosa pan and on the stove and por the dosa mix on the pan with glass and add the topping.

and now as the next step fry the one side of the dosa till it turns into golden brown and crispy and turn it.
STEP : 7
and now as the next step turn over the dosa to other side and fry for some time and take it of with the dosa stick carefully and serve in a plate.
