This is soft and spongy fired dhokla which can be made instantly or in very minimum time. It is also called as white dhokla as it is white in colour and prepared by rava or sooji. Curd is the main ingredient of this recipe.

Ingredients of Rava dhokla recipe

1.00 cup rava
1.00 cup curd
0.50 tbsp eno fruit salt
0.25 tbsp salt
4.00 tbsp oil
0.50 tbsp mustard seeds
0.50 tbsp cumin seeds
2.00 tbsp curry leaves
2.00 no wholehearted

Rava dhokla recipe

Take 1 cup of rava or sooji, I cup of curd and 1 pack of ENO fruit salt. As per requirement you can increase the quantity of these ingredients.

This one looks so unique to me. I really like the innovative idea and also such an cute looking beautiful decoration which is really attractive to me. It impressed me a lot to try this one in my free time. The main ingredient that is rava is very good to eat also it tastes good. It will be a great option for grand father and my grand mother as they only eat vegetarian foods. Very nice recipe for a change in your daily scheduled foods.
