STEP : 1
Take 1 cup of rava or sooji, I cup of curd and 1 pack of ENO fruit salt. As per requirement you can increase the quantity of these ingredients.

Mix rava or sooji, curd, salt, 1 tablespoon of oil and water to make batter. Batter should not be too thick or too thin. Place the batter a side at least for 20 minutes.

Now take a teaspoon of besan and oil, mix it and make a paste. Apply this paste to the side of vessel in which dhokla will prepare. Mix ENO fruit salt to the batter and transfer this batter to the vessel.

Now take another container and add two cups of water to it. Steam the water for 5 8 minutes and place the vessel inside the container. Cover the container with a lid for 15 minutes.

Open the lid of the container, insert knife in it and check if the knife come out clearly then the dhokla is done. Transfer the rava dhokla to a plate.
STEP : 6
Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds, whole red chili, cumin seeds and saute it for few seconds. Now add curry leaves and saute it again.
STEP : 7
Now add rava dhokla for frying it. Low done the flame so that the dhokla get fried from every side and also mix it properly with masalas.
STEP : 8
Turn off the flame and transfer the fried rava dhokla to a serving plate. Serve the dhokla with garlic coconut chutney.
