Ingredients of Rajma masala
STEP : 1
Take a bowl and add one cup of water and add three eggs and boil them for ten minutes.

Take a pan and add about three tablespoons of oil and heat it. Add chopped green chilies and cashew nuts.

Fry them for about ten seconds and now add the finely chopped onion to it.

Fry the onions until it gets golden brown colour and now add curry leaves to it.

Now add the finely chopped tomato and mix it well. Fry it for about a minute.

Now add the boiled kidney beans and mix it well also add some water to it. Add half tablespoon of salt.

Now add half tablespoon of red chili powder to it. Also add half cup of milk.

Now cook it well until all the water gets evaporated. Now add boiled egg pieces to it.

Now add half tablespoon of garam masala to it and mix it well. check for right amount of salt.

Now transfer it to a bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot either with rice or roti.
