It is a 200% healthy did with ragi and moringa leaves as main ingredients. It is like an adai. Tastes very good and very good for growing kids. Also best side dish is tomato chilli chutney which is very spicy and easy to prepare

Ingredients of Ragi roti preparation

8.00 tbsp ragi flour
1.00 no onion
1.00 tbsp salt
1.00 cup curd
1.00 tbsp jeera
5.00 no green chilli
2.00 cup moringal eaves
1.00 tbsp ginger garlic
4.00 tbsp oil
1.00 gram curry leaves

0.25 tbsp mustard

Ragi Roti Preparation

Take ragi flour in a mixing bowl. Sift the flour and add 2 tbps for each person. Optionally add other grain flour like thinai, corn etc

In a mixer take 1 tsp of jeera and 4 to 5 green chilli's. Add ginger garlic paste and grind it into a fine paste.

Next to the mixture, add the one big onion finely chopped and and one cup of curd for making the batter more soft.

After mixing the batter, divide it into big balls of full palm size and keep it in rest for 5 mins.

Heat a pan and place one big ball of batter on it. With ur fingers, tap or pat the batter using water

Keep tapping or patting it until you get a very thin layer. Use water to sprinkle on the adai or bhakker to make it more thin and to avoid sticking

Toast the bhakker in pan on both side for atleast 4 to 5 mins as the whole batter is totally raw.

For the chutney, take 4 tomatoes chopped and 5 to 6 red chillis. Add them to a mixer. Add more chilli to make it more spicy like a pickle

Grind the above coarsely. Add water if needed. After grinding add ginger garlic paste to it. Add salt as required to it.

To the oil add mustard seeds of one spoon after heated. When the seeds pop add curry leaves and stir for few seconds.

Bring the above mixture to a boil. Keep stirring continuously for avoiding the chutney get heated at the bottom. Keep stirring until the water evaporates.

The chutney dish is over when all water is evaporated and the oil comes to the sides. Serve this with the bhakker which is hot and ghee added to it.
