STEP : 1
First you need to Take two cup of ragi flour in a large mixing bowl.

Now you need to Add the salt in ragi flour and than mix it well.

STEP : 3
Now you need to add the Sprinkle little water slowly and mix well with your hands.

This will form into crumbs. The crumbs should not be dry; it should form into a tight ball.

Now you need to close the blow for 10 to 15 mins set it aside.

Now you need to take idli cooker/pan and than add the water in a idli cooker.

Take the small idli plate and than you need to put the idli plate into inside the idli cooker.

Noe you need to take a clean wet cloth than put it in the idli cooker.

Now take the ragi flour and than put it in the wet cloth inside the idli cooker.

Now you need to close the wet cloth around the puttu so that it will not come outside.

Now close the idli cooker than keep it in medium flame; wait for 20-25 mins.

Now open the idli cooker than check whether the ragi puttu is ready or not.

Than transfer the cooked flour to another bowl. Allow to cool.Just for 2 or 3 mins.

Than add the Fresh grated coconut to the cooked flour for giving a good look.

Mix the grated coconut into the ragi puttu so that it will be very tasty.

Now add the sugar how much you need or you can add jaggery also.It will be tasty.
