Ingredients of Ragi porridge
STEP : 1
For two cups of Porridge, Boil 1 1/2 cups of water and 1/2 cup of ragi flour, by adding needed salt for the needed spicy porridge.
STEP : 2
In a bowl add 1/2 cup of ragi flour and add some water for resolve the flour well, till do not formation of lumps.
STEP : 3
When the water is boiled, add the liquid mixture of ragi flour in to it and mix well for few minutes, keep stir because there is a chance to form lumps at this stage also.
STEP : 4
Heat a pan add two tbsp of oil, add mustard seeds, chopped green chilies and curry leaves and saute for two minutes in low fire.
STEP : 5
At this meanwhile, transfer the boiled porridge in to a serving glass, on that top of that add curd and onion mixture on to it.
STEP : 6
adjust the salt and Now add the tempered mustard seeds and green chilies on to it, and serve it hot or cool.
