Ingredients of Ragi Oats Laddu

STEP : 1
For making this dish we are using Jaggery , instead of sugar , it is good for health also .

Take one jaggery and smash that as shown in the below image , It is easy form to mix with ladu .

Firstly take a one pan , make it heat in a low medium flame .

After making the pan in a low medium flame , now add 5 to 6 badam to the pan and fry .

Now add 1 cup of oats to the pan as in the below image .

After adding the oats and badam , now fry this in a low medium flame for 5 to 10 minutes .

Now take a one jar , and put the fried Oats and Badam .

After putting into the jar , make it as a full powder as in below image .

Now take a 2 to 3 dates and remove the seeds from that .

Fry that dates in a low flame for 2 to 3 minutes , as in below image .

After frying the Dates , transfer that to the jar for make it as a powder . Don't add water to grind . it should be dry .

After grinding the Dates it looks as in the below image . Keep aside for making ladu .

Take a one pan add 1 and 1/2 table spun of Vanaspathi ,and make it heat in a medium flame

After the pan is heat , now add grinded Oats and Badam powder to the pan .

After adding the grinded powder , fry this in a low medium flame for 5 minutes .

After frying the oats and badam powder is looks as in below image , keep the fried one in a plate

Now add 1 and 1/2 table spun of vanaspathi in to a pan make it heat , Then add 2 table spun of Raggi flour .

After adding Raggi flour , fry that in a low medium flame for 5 to 10 minutes .

After frying , put the raggi flour on the plate , in which we already poor the oats and badam powder .

Now add the grinded , Dates powder to the plate , which we prepared in the above .

Now add 2 table spun of Jaggery to the plate , which we prepared in the above .

Lastly add 1 table spun of Vanaspathi to the plate for binding purpose .

After adding everything mix it well with the fingers , mix it slowly because it is little bit hot .

For making the ladu , take some oil and apply on your hand as in below image .

After applying the oil , now take some mixer and press it on your hand , and it as round size as in below image . Applying the oil on the palm , help to make the Ladu to bind properly .

Now the Healthy and tasty , Fat free - Oats Raggi is ready to serve now .
