Ingredients of Ragi malt
STEP : 1
We need to take the ragulu made it into a fine powder and that fine powder will be taken to the preparation of java.

Take ragi flour of 1/2 cup add this to the water and stir it well in order to avoid it forming the lumps.

Take a pan add 2 cups of water to it put it on the stove in a high flame and made the water to boil for some time.

Once the water is boiled add jaggery of 1/2 cup to the water and mix it continuously until it dissolves in the water.

After dissolving of the jaggery add the soaked ragi flour into it and stir it without forming the lumps in a slow flame.

Then add 1/2 table spoon of baking soda to it for the taste purpose mix it well until it dissolves in a low flame.

After that add some amount of 1/2 table spoons of raisins to it for the proper taste and boil it by stir the java.

Add some cardamom i,,e 1/2 table spoon of powdered one to the java for the flavour purpose ,and mix well to boil.

Now add 1/2 cup of boiled milk to the boiled ragi flour which is very healthy during summer and mix it in a low flame.

atleast before turn off the stove add some 1/2 table spoon of ghee to the java mix it and take into the serving bowl.
