This recipe is good and nice. I have tried this recipe many times for the lunch. This recipe is an instant one and you can try it in your house you will like it. The ragi is famous in southern part of India and it is one of the best food for health as it contains proteins in it. The best presentation, it was admirable the steps are clear and are easy to understand. Thank you so much this wonderful recipe, loved it. There are many other ways to prepare this recipe, but this is unique one and it is tasty too. Thank you for this recipe.

Ragi is eaten mainly in South India and is very rich in proteins. Though ragi mudded, dosas are very popular there, not everybody enjoys the taste elsewhere. I relish ragi recipes and I think I will try making this dish for my family.
