Ragi Dosa – Healthy And Tasty Ragi Dosa Recipe For Breakfast
- 1.00 cup Ragi Flour
- 0.25 cup Bengal Gram Flour
- 1.00 cup Water
- 2.00 tbsp Oil
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
- 3.00 tbsp Yogurt
- 0.50 tbsp Vadaki
- Firstly take a one cup of Ragi Flour, and clean this fully before use the flour for dosa.
- For making this quick raggi dosa, we are using the full of-yogurt, because it is increases the taste of the dosa.
- This is we called Vadaki, which is helpful for the digestion, and it is also gives the good flavor also.
- Now take a one bowel in this add, 1 cup of Ragi flour, 1/4 cup of bengal flour, 3 spun of curd and 1 spun of salt, 1/2 spun of vadaki.
- After adding all the ingredient in the bowel, mix it well, then add 1 cup of water and mix it well . Then keep this for 20 minutes.
- Now taking the thava and make it heat in a medium flame, and take a one onion and rub the thava as shown in the below image.
- After heating the thava, take a one cup of dosa mixer, and spread the dosa mixer on the thava as i shown in the below. And spread the one spun of oil around them.
- After spreading the oil around them, take a one plate and cover on the dosa as i shown in the below image.
- After open the plate, turn the dosa another side, and cook for 5 minutes in a medium flame.
- Now the healthy and tasty quick Raggi dosa is ready to serve now, Serve this with the coconut Chutney.
