Ingredients of Ragi boorelu
STEP : 1
All the ingredients are taken as per requirement. All the vegetables are grated before. Add little water to the curd to make it medium thick.

Take a bowl and add all the ingredients as shown. The vegetables should be finely chopped, to remove over thickness of the appam.
STEP : 3
Mix all the ingredients well with a dry spoon. The thickness of the ragi batter should be as shown. For making thinner appams, water may be adjusted.

Now take a pan and pour oil into it. Allow the pan to heat to medium. Do not use more oil.
STEP : 5
Pour batter into the pan as shown. Spread it in circles of required sizes. Oil may also be added at the corners.
STEP : 6
After the appam is cooked on one side, turn it over leaf for proper frying on other side. It changes to dark colour.
STEP : 7
Grate the vegetables used for garnishing in beautiful shapes. Garnishing plays an important role. Also grate corriander and curry leaves for garnshing.
STEP : 8
Arrange all the garnishing over the dish, as shown. Hot, yummy, and delicious ragi appam is ready with garnishing. It serves three persons.
