STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare Radish leaves curry ,we need Radish leaves,Curd ,Besan ,Coriander seeds,Coconut,coriander leaves,green chillies, Red chillies,ginger ,turmeric powder,cumin seeds , mustard seeds,red chilli powder,garam masala, curry leaves,oil and salt.

Initially take 300 grams of radish leaves wash the leaves and cut the leaves finely and keep it aside
STEP : 3
Take 250 ml of curd whisk it completely by adding few amounts of water in it.
STEP : 4
Take a blender add few coconut pieces and add five nos of red chillies in it.
STEP : 5
Add few Ginger pieces along with the coconut and red chillies in a blender jar.
STEP : 6
Add two tablespoon of chickpea flour or besan along with the ingredients in a blender.

Add two tablespoon of coriander seeds for more spices along with the ingredients in a blender.

Blend it for few seconds till it turns semi consistency ,add little bit of water.

When it turns thick paste ,add the thick paste along with the whisked curd and mix it.

For tampering turn on the flame,place a pan add half cup of oil and let it heat.

When it oil get nice hot ,add a tablespoon of cumin seeds and mustard seeds let it fry for few seconds .

Add a tablespoon of finely chopped green chillies and saute the chillies for few seconds

Add finely chopped radish leaves along with the seasoning ingredients and mix it completely for few seconds.

Add little amount of water and allow the leaves to boil for 3 to 5 minutes.

Add a tablespoon of salt or as per taste and mix it ,let the leaves cooked completely.

Add half tablespoon of turmeric powder along with the radish leaves and let it cook.

Add half tablespoon of garam masala along with the radish leaves and let it cook.

Add the mixed curd along with the seasoning ingredients and let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes.

Add half cup of finely chopped coriander leaves and mix it,let the coriander leaves blend with the ingredients.

For seasoning turn on the flame,place a pan add two tablespoon of oil and let it heat.

When it oil get nice hot ,add a tablespoon of cumin seeds and mustard seeds let it fry for few seconds.

Lets start to add spices add a tablespoon of red chilli powder along with seeds.

Add few curry leaves along with the seasoning and let it splutter in very low flame.

Turn off the flame and add the seasoning ingredients along with the boiling kadhi and mix it.

After 2 to 3 minutes,Turn off the flame and allow to cool then transfer it in a serving bowl.
