  • 1.00 cup chanadal
  • 2.00 cup maida
  • 1.00 cup ghee
  • 2.00 cup jaggery
  • 3.00 tbsp oil

  • first of all take the bowl and add the one cup of the maida and ad the salt for the taste and mix well once

  • now take the one tbsp of oil and add the oil in the flour and ruff once well and then add the water and mix

  • now mix all the content well like a thick dough with the more oil ,because that has to be soften well

  • now take the soaked chanadal and cook for some time and then add jaggery and mix well once and cook untill it comes to closer

  • now take the mixy jar and add the boiled chanadal and jaggery and grind well like a fine paste and keep aside
