Preparing the kadhi mixture:

STEP : 1
Take one cup fresh yogurt add it to a wide bowl and which is need to blend well.

STEP : 2
Whisk well the required yogurt using a beater or blender or using a spoon to make a thick creamy consistency,do not over beat where the butter comes out.

STEP : 3
Add six to seven tbsp of gram flour well whisked yogurt,and then add one tbsp of red chilly powder,half a tbsp of garam masala powder,quarter tbsp of turmeric powder,and required salt.

STEP : 4
Beat well the added powdered ingredients to that well prepared yogurt mixture without any lumps.

STEP : 5
Then add half a cup of water into that mixture and blend well again to loosen the kadhi mixture,and keep aside for while for ferment.
For preparing the onion pakoda

STEP : 1
Take two or three medium or large onions and slice them as lengthy slices.

STEP : 2
Take a wide bowl add four tbsp if gram flour and add one tbsp of red chilly powder,garam masala powder,turmeric powder, and required salt for them.

STEP : 3
Now add those thin and lengthy slices onion with them,a me mix them well.

STEP : 4
Mix them well till the added ingredients are well mixed together evenly with any lumps.

STEP : 5
Then sprinkle some water into them and mix well again,do not more water which loosen the pakora mixture and lose its consistency to not supposed to make pakora.

STEP : 6
Now heat a deep frying pan add a cup of oil till it comes to hot.

STEP : 7
When the oil comes to hot,t gen now place the prepared onion mixture into them where I have shown in the picture.

Deep fry the pakora well by flipping them to all sides and brings it to boil well,wyen the golden briwn color obtains now remove the pakora from oil,and keep them aside.
For preparing the kadhi gravy

STEP : 1
Heat another cooking pan add two tbsp of oil,and splutters some method seeds and cumin seeds and add a pinch of hing into then.

STEP : 2
And also fine chop two medium sized onion for kadhi gravy making,and crush some Ginger and garlic slices and also fine slice some green chilies too.

STEP : 3
Then add some crushed garlic and Ginger and also add some chopped green chilies and fry for few seconds.

STEP : 4
Then add some fine chopped onion slices into them and fry them for few seconds till it comes to transparent.

STEP : 5
Then add some dried red chilies and some curry leaves into them and fry well.

STEP : 6
Then pour the prepared kadhi and gram flour mixture into them and stir well to avoid lumps formation.

STEP : 7
Stir well without giving gap which prevents from lumps formation and also adjust the salt at this stage.

STEP : 8
Close the lid and brings it to boil for fifteen to twenty minutes in slow flame,till the raw smell out.

STEP : 9
When the kadhi gravy comes to well boiled and place the deep fried onion pakora's into them.

STEP : 10
Finally garnish some chopped coriander leaves and cover the lid give some soaking time for soak the deep fried onion pakora's and serve with steamed Rice.
