Ingredients of Punjabi dhaba
STEP : 1
Green gram, channa dal, tarka masala, onion, ginger, garlic, green chili, tomato, egg, kashuri methi all those things bring together and keep aside.

Then mix the two dal and wash the dal mixer and add some water and soak for one night for cooking.

Take a pressure cooker and add some water in it then add the soaked dal and add some salt in it and boiled the dal.

Then paste the ginger and garlic, chop the onion, chop the green chili, chop the tomato, boiled dal and other masalas are keep together.

Hot a pan and add some oil in it, when the oil become hot add the chopped onion and some salt and fry the onion in high flame.

Then add the ginger and garlic paste in to the fried onion and cook for another two minutes on high flame.

Then add chopped tomato in to the fried masala and cook for another two minutes in low flame on the gas oven.

Then add the chopped green chili in to the cooked masala and cook for another two minutes on high flame on gas oven.

Then add the boiled dal and tarka masala and cook for another five minutes in low flame on the gas oven.

Hot a pan then add some oil in it, when the oil become hot then add the egg and add some salt it.

Then add the egg in to the cooked dal and add some sugar in it and cook for another two minutes in high flame.

At last add the kashuri methi in to the Punjabi dhaba special and cook for another two minutes in high flame and then off the gas oven.

Then serve hot this Punjabi dhaba special in serving bowl and garnish with some butter. Serve this recipe with hot roti or hot paratha in any time.
