A tangy tarka, flavoured with ginger, garlic paste, chopped onion, kashuri methi, chopped tomato,chopped green chilli, is an all time fevourite. Serve this Panjabi dhaba special with hot roti or hot paratha or hot steamed rice or any rice prepariation .

Ingredients of Punjabi dhaba

2.00 cup Green gram
1.00 cup channa dal
0.50 tbsp tarka masala
2.00 cup onion chopped
1.00 cup ginger garlic paste
1.00 tbsp chopped green chilli
1.00 cup tomato paste
2.00 no egg
2.00 tbsp kashuri methi
0.50 cup oil
1.00 tbsp salt
0.25 tbsp sugar
1.00 tbsp butter

Punjabi dhaba

Green gram, channa dal, tarka masala, onion, ginger, garlic, green chili, tomato, egg, kashuri methi all those things bring together and keep aside.
