Flour Preparation

STEP : 1
Now its time to make the outside part of the roll of the dish. Pass on the maida into the dish as shown.

STEP : 2
Add water to the flour as shown in the picture. Water may adjusted till the dough becomes soft to smoother in consistency.

STEP : 3
The below picture shows the beaten and well mixed maida dough, which is prepared with just water. This makes the dish more fresh while relishing.

After this the dough is reformed into small balls for further processing. The whole dough is transformed into smaller balls as shown.
Pumpkin Preparation

STEP : 1
All the ingredients are taken as mentioned in the list above. The quantity of the ingredients are also mentioned above in the list.

The important and basic ingredients pumpkin and onions are grated to thin pieces. Here the ingredients related to the stuff are taken.

STEP : 3
Firstly a pan is taken. Pour oil into the pan, when the pan gets heated. Allow it to heat to medium.

STEP : 4
All the seasoning seeds rai and jeera is added to the oil, till it crackles. It removes rawness of the stuff.

STEP : 5
The seasoning sysnthesizer, the onion is added, till it changes to light to medium brown in colour. This improves the taste of the stuff.

Finally the basic ingredient, the pumpkin is added to the pan. Allow it to cook for few minutes, till the rawness is gone.

STEP : 7
After the pumpkin is cooked well, add the taste maker, salt, into the pan. It takes to about 1/4 spoon of the salt.

Then add chilly powder and stir it well, till it is well absorbed. Cover the lid, till the stuff becomes concentrated.

Also add corriander powder, which improves the quality of the stuff of the pumpkin. Also sugar may be added at this stage.

Finally to boost up the flavour of the stuff, add garam masala powder. Stir the stuff on all sides and mix it well.

Also the prepared curry or stuff is taken into another vessel as shown. It must be covered to maintain heat. Keep it aside.

Transfer the stuff onto the spreaded dough as shown in the picture. Use the stuff as per the spreaded dough, else it may overflow.

STEP : 13
After the stuffing is done, Roll the speaded flour from one edge, to the other edge. Cylindrical rolls are formed with the entire dough.

STEP : 14
Take a fresh pan and pour oil into it. Allow it to heat to medium. Pass on the rolls into the pan.

STEP : 15
Stir it continuosly, till it changes to light brown in colour as shown. Stir it on all the sides, till it fries completely.

STEP : 16
The above picture shows the yummy fried rolls. Transfer into a bowl, with all the oil filtered. It serves two persons.
