- 0.25 kg yellowpumpkin
- 1.00 nos onion
- 3.00 tbsp oil
- 0.25 tbsp mustard
- 2.00 tbsp curryleavs
- 0.25 tbsp redchillipowdet
- 0.50 tbsp salt
- 1.00 tbsp jagerry
Instructions

- Take all the ingredients and keep it ready cut the yellow pumpkin into small pieces and the onion into long pieces
- Keep the pan over the stove add oil to it and add the mustard and curry leaves to the oil and fry it nicely
- Then add the chopped onion to the oil and fry it nicely till the onion turns to golden brown no need to add chilli
- After that add the chopped pumpkin into the pan and mix it well in a low flame for about five minutes
- Then add the chilli powder and jagerry and add adequate salt to it and add the water no need to add more water just sprinkle it and close the lid cook it for ten minutes and change it to a bowl
