  • 2.00 cup Pumpkin
  • 0.75 cup Sugar
  • 2.00 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.25 tbsp Cardamom Powder
  • 2.00 tbsp Melon Seeds
  • 8.00 nos Cashew Nuts

  • Take a slice if pumpkin scrape out the skin rinse and fine chop them as fine slices,you can also use as grated pumpkin,

  • Heat a thick bottomed pan add two tbsp of fresh ghee,and melt them for few seconds,

  • Then now add those cashew nuts into them,yiu can also use some other dry nuts such as almonds and pistachios too,

  • Then now roast the added cashew nuts in slow flame till it contains light golden brown color,and remove from the pan,

  • In than same pan on that remaining ghee,add those well scraped and fine sliced pumpkin slices into them,

  • Stir simply and add quarter cup of water into them and stir well again with some time gap,

  • Then now cover the pan with lid and brings the flame into medium and then brings them to boil for twenty minutes,

  • After twenty minutes remove the lid and make them stir,now almost the added water comes to dry and the pumpkin becomes soft,
